Valpak is seeking an HR Generalist to support broad HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and performance management. The role collaborates with HR and leaders to execute strategies for talent development, engagement, and a diverse workplace.

The position covers benefits, compensation, policy implementation, and HR analytics, with a focus on maintaining data integrity in the HRIS and delivering timely workforce insights to leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR Generalist, Recruiting, or Employee Relations experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
• Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS is a plus.

Mansioni

• Partner with the HR Manager to guide policies, employment law compliance, and employee relations issues.
• Lead onboarding and orientation for new hires, assist with offers and pre-employment screenings.
• Provide workforce reports and analytics on headcount, staffing trends, and compensation.
• Handle leave administration (FMLA, STD, LTD), unemployment claims, employment verifications, and HRIS data integrity.
• Support inclusive cultural efforts and HR initiatives across the organization.
