Job summary

Magna Seating seeks an experienced HR Generalist to partner with site leadership and employees on employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, payroll and policy interpretation. You will maintain HR data in Workday/Dayforce and ensure FMLA, ADA and EHS compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong communication and analytical skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; SHRM/HRCI certifications a plus.
• 3+ years HR experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level HR support and employee relations.
• Handle recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.
• Maintain payroll, benefits, and HR data in systems.
