Job summary

Magna Seating in Moore, SC seeks an HR Generalist to provide high-level HR support, including employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and policy interpretation. You will manage benefits, payroll, and HR data while maintaining confidentiality.

The role requires collaboration with site leadership, recruiting support, and knowledge of employment laws. Occasional travel may be needed to support a 24/7 operation and manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years HR experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Manufacturing experience with large employee population preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level HR support to employees and site leadership.
• Manage employee relations, onboarding, performance management, policy adherence and interpretation.
• Coordinate benefits, FMLA, ADA, payroll, and data maintenance in HR systems.
• Support recruiting, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.
