Commercial Metals LTD in Martinsburg, WV is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to meet staffing needs across the company. You will manage recruiting in our ATS, conduct new-hire orientations, and help maintain positive employee relations.

The role offers comprehensive benefits from day one and opportunities for training. You will ensure compliance with federal and state laws, support the HR manager, and help advance our guiding principles through effective people practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in human resources.
• Knowledge of EEO, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA, and related laws.
• Strong client-facing, consultative problem solving.
• Proficient in MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Staffing needs are met in a timely manner.
• Manage recruiting activity and documentation in ATS per policies (affirmative action).
• Conduct new employee orientations.
• Foster positive employee relations and uphold CMC culture.
• Oversee day-to-day HR data changes and system accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with EEO, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA and related laws.
