Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years work experience in human resources.
• Knowledge of EEO, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, and related laws.
• Strong problem-solving and client-facing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staffing needs are met in a timely manner.
• Manage recruitment activity and documentation in ATS per affirmative action policies.
• Coordinate new employee orientations.
• Foster positive employee relations and uphold CMC culture.
• Process new hires and data changes with accuracy.
• Oversee compliance with EEO, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA and related laws.
• Support benefits enrollment and educate employees.
• Assist with investigations and respond to charges.
• Communicate issues to HR Manager for resolution.
• Ensure consistent policy implementation.
