Wilkerson Crane Rental, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support the HR Manager in daily HR operations for our office and field personnel. This role partners with payroll, operations, and safety to ensure HR processes are compliant and efficient.

Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and maintaining HR records. You will also assist with compliance, postings and DOT-related documentation as needed, with occasional travel.

Formación

• 5+ years of HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, and I-9 requirements.
• Advanced computer skills and experience with HRIS and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Assist HR Manager with day-to-day HR duties for recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, HR compliance and records.
• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting for office, shop and field roles including postings, screening and interview coordination.
• Manage offers, background checks and drug screens; assist with new-hire orientation and I-9/E-Verify compliance.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee questions; communicate company announcements and track performance evaluations.
