Job summary

PTC in Middletown, OH seeks a Human Resources Generalist to coordinate all HR activities, including employment, compensation, employee relations, benefits administration, and training. The role ensures compliance with federal and state laws while supporting a broad HR service delivery model.

The position collaborates with plant managers and department leaders to manage recruitment for hourly and salaried staff, maintain handbooks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field
• 3–5 years of related experience
• Must be computer literate in Word and Excel, able to use email and HR systems

Responsibilities

• Administers HR plans, policies and procedures.
• Coordinates recruitment for the Middletown location, for hourly and salary positions.
• Maintains employee handbook policies and compliance with laws.
• Manages benefits administration, leave and compliance reporting.
• Supports continuous improvement activities and HR projects.
