Qualifications

• We are looking for an organized HR Generalist to support the HR Director and leadership.
• Experience handling a wide range of HR tasks and improving processes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage benefits administration and leave programs (FMLA, STD, WC).
• Assist with payroll, HR policy updates, and employee documentation.
• Support on-boarding, training, and ongoing development programs.
• Handle employee inquiries, complaints, and workers compensation matters.
• Develop and streamline HR policies and ensure proper implementation.
