Job summary

ASE is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to provide hands-on support across payroll, talent acquisition, leave administration, compliance, and employee lifecycle activities. The role offers exposure to manufacturing HR and a fast-paced environment. You will own payroll processes, recruit, manage leaves, and maintain HRIS records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years HR experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with ADP Workforce Now, Excel, and Word.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience with payroll and compliance.
• Experience in manufacturing payroll for hourly and salaried staff.
• Familiarity with federal/state employment laws.
• Strong Excel and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll for ~80 employees.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding.
• Administer FMLA and other leave programs.
• Maintain HR records in HRIS and ensure compliance.
• Provide employee relations support.
