Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs payroll procedures, timesheets, tax deductions, and benefits data management.
• Recruits, interviews and selects qualified applicants; partners with managers on hiring decisions.
• Manages full-cycle recruitment, postings, candidate sourcing, and screenings.
• Develops and maintains job descriptions; conducts FLSA testing.
• Facilitates job fairs to generate candidates.
• Maintains personnel records and handbooks; HR change notices and file upkeep.
