LHH Souderton, PA, on-site, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations. The role covers payroll administration, benefits, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR systems.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of employment laws, and experience with payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and employee relations.

Formación

• 2–4 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and employee relations.
• HRIS experience; UKG is a plus.
• Familiar with FMLA, ADA, FLSA, ACA regulations.

• Support payroll administration and timekeeping
• Coordinate benefit enrollment and changes
• Assist with employee relations and workplace investigations
• Administer onboarding and new-hire documentation
