Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification required.
• 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience, ideally in a healthcare and/or multi-site/multi-state environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
• Experience coaching leaders and addressing employee matters.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
