Job Details

We are seeking an HR Generalist to support a wide range of human resources functions while serving as a trusted resource for employees and managers. This position will play a key role in maintaining efficient HR operations while supporting workforce initiatives, employee engagement, compliance, and payroll administration.

A significant portion of the role will focus on payroll and timekeeping administration, including managing employee time and attendance records, partnering with payroll teams, ensuring accuracy of employee information, and supporting payroll processing activities. The successful candidate will also assist with HRIS administration, reporting, and workforce metrics.

In addition to payroll responsibilities, this role will support employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, training, benefits administration, policy interpretation, and employee development initiatives. The HR Generalist will serve as a primary point of contact for employees and supervisors, helping address workplace concerns, provide guidance, and support positive employee relations throughout the organization.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, supporting safety and compliance initiatives, coordinating HR programs, and assisting leadership with workforce planning and talent management activities.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in payroll or timekeeping administration, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization are essential. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are highly preferred.
