Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required or 4+ years in lieu.
• 1-3 years of business administration and/or HR experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of HR services and maintain employee data and records.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, coaching, and counseling.
• Support policy reviews and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, and termination processes.
• Prepare reports by analyzing HR data and trends.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to standards.
