Job summary

Qualifications

• Three to six years of HR and/or benefits administration experience, including HRIS or benefits system configuration.
• Proficiency with Excel and data management in shared/network environments.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Must obtain IVP Finger Print Clearance card, MMR immunization, and a negative TB test in the last year.

Responsibilities

• Administers, maintains, and optimizes HRIS and related HR technology systems and workflows.
• Coordinates recruitment, onboarding, and new employee orientation activities.
• Administers employee benefits programs and coordinates related processes with vendors.
• Supports compensation, job descriptions, and compliance with employment laws.
