Sierra Tucson is seeking an HR Generalist to handle a blend of routine, technical, and administrative HR duties at the facility, operating under supervision to ensure compliance and accuracy.

The role includes assisting with recruitment, staffing, employee relations, payroll, training and benefits communications, maintaining confidential data, generating HR reports, and supporting a broad range of day-to-day HR operations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.
• Two or more year’s previous human resources office experience required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with a variety of HR functions in a facility including recruitment, staffing, employee relations, payroll, training and recognition, benefit communications and employee recognition.
• Have a professional understanding of the HR discipline but limited authority to execute independently and operate under direct supervision.
• Process various HR materials including confidential forms and records such as employment, enrollment and pay changes and maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
• Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
• Maintain current employee information, policy and procedure manuals and other communications and distribute as directed.
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resources information confidential.
• File documents into appropriate employee files.
• Gather information and prepare reports on various HR topics as needed.
