Job summary

Hunter's Creek Nursing and Rehab Center is seeking an HR Generalist to perform HR duties across payroll, benefits, onboarding, training, policy implementation, recruitment, employee relations, and data management for the facility.

The role partners with senior HR management to support designated geographic regions, ensures HIPAA compliance, maintains confidential records, and coordinates with corporate HR on audits and risk management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous payroll/HR experience, preferably with UltiPro and/or Kronos.
• Proficient in the use of a personal computer.

Responsibilities

• Processes payroll documents for all employees at the facility.
• Manages benefits enrollment and employee records.
• Handles employee relations issues and coordinates with corporate HR.
• Conducts new-hire orientation and maintains training documentation.
• Supports policy implementation, recruitment, and data management.
• Assists OSHA and Workers' Compensation tracking as needed.
