Job summary

Advanced Industries LLC is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, employee record retention, benefits administration, training coordination, and employee engagement across the organization.

The role maintains employee data in Paylocity, ensures compliance with federal and state employment laws, and supports HR initiatives with a focus on confidentiality and quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field; SHRM certification preferred.
• Three to five years HR experience; manufacturing environment preferred.
• Paylocity or similar HRIS experience preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• High level of discretion with confidential information.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of recruitment, including creating postings in Paylocity, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and contacting candidates and hiring staff.
• Coordinate onboarding through Paylocity and conduct new-hire sessions on company policies and benefits.
• Process bi-weekly payroll through Paylocity.
• Communicate policy updates to managers and employees and guide HR policies.
• Coordinate employee performance reviews through Paylocity per policy.
• Assist with benefits enrollment, eligibility, annual open enrollment, and communications.
• Partner with Safety and Quality for HR training and maintain training records in Paylocity LMS.
• Generate reports and analytics for HR Director using Paylocity reporting tools.
• Handle compliance reporting, unemployment claims, workers' compensation, verifications, and government reporting.
• Respond to HR questions while maintaining confidentiality.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and sensitive records.
