Job summary

Gottlieb & Greenspan, a rapidly growing New Jersey healthcare-reimbursement law firm, seeks an HR Generalist to lead payroll, benefits, onboarding, compliance, and HRIS management. You will collaborate with Finance on payroll and partner with the HR Manager on benefits, audits, and open enrollment.

The role requires 5–6 years of HR experience, a bachelor's in HR or related field, and proficiency with Rippling and Greenhouse.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience with Rippling and Greenhouse.
• Payroll administration experience required.
• HR certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance on biweekly payroll processing.
• Partner with HR Manager on benefits administration and audits.
• Handle employee HR inquiries and onboarding/offboarding.
• Support recruitment: job postings, screening for cultural fit.
