Job summary

Evolving Solution Services in Chandler, AZ is seeking an HR Generalist to support payroll, benefits, leaves, and compliance across multiple states. This hands-on role partners with the People & Culture team to ensure accurate employee records and timely HR processes.

Candidates will manage end-to-end payroll, benefit enrollments, FMLA/ADA coordination, I-9 compliance, and onboarding and offboarding. Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred, and strong attention to detail is essential for

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience with payroll, benefits, leaves, compliance.
• Knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO and I-9 requirements.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll across multiple states.
• Administer employee benefit programs, enrollments and open enrollment.
• Coordinate leaves of absence and accommodation processes (FMLA, ADA, workers' comp).
• Maintain accurate payroll, benefits, and compliance records in HRIS.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities and provide HR guidance in English and Spanish.
