Scottsdale, AZ (Onsite Monday-Friday)

$65,000-$75,000

A growing, multi-location Arizona-based organization is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with strong Payroll and Benefits expertise to join its team. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for employees while managing critical HR functions, payroll processing, benefits administration, onboarding, compliance, and employee records.

Responsibilities

• Own payroll and benefits administration for a growing employee population
• Act as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers
• Support onboarding, employee records management, and workforce changes
• Oversee benefit enrollments, leave programs, and employee communications
• Ensure HR and payroll processes remain accurate, compliant, and efficient

Required

• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, and Benefits Administration
