Destination Zion Lodge in Zion National Park is hiring an HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and benefits administration. You will help ensure policy compliance, maintain HR records, and assist with training programs.

This role requires staying compliant with concession requirements and working onsite in a park setting. The position emphasizes collaboration with management, delivering excellent guest and employee experiences, and supporting a positive

Qualifications

• Two years of HR experience (or equivalent leadership position), hospitality preferred.
• Bachelor's in related field preferred.
• Able to work in Zion National Park and comply with concessions contract.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Technical skills utilizing cloud-based HR databases and reports.

Responsabilités

• Assist recruitment by posting openings, screening applications, coordinating interviews.
• Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries about HR policies.
• Assist in resolving employee issues and promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Support onsite payroll processing, tip pools, time cards, and PTO tracking.
• Assist with benefits information, enrollment changes, and document management.
• Prepare HR reports and assist with audits and HR metrics.
• Contribute to training initiatives and track completion.
