POWDR is seeking an Operations Manager for Zion Lodge in Zion National Park, UT. You will lead Lodging, Retail, F&B, and Housekeeping, driving guest satisfaction, safety, and revenue while upholding ESQ standards and strong park partnerships.

The role requires 2+ years in Hospitality Management Operations with retail exposure, CPR/AED/First Aid certification, and a four-year degree. On-site housing is provided and a focus on sustainability per Play Forever initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum two years working in Hospitality Management Operations with some Retail exposure.
• High school diploma and four-year college degree required.
• Current CPR w/AED and First Aid certification is required (certification provided on hire).
• EMT-B Certification preferred.

• Lead Lodging, Retail, F&B, and Housekeeping management teams.
• Manage labor, payroll, and expenses to meet annual budgets.
• Oversee front desk operations and guest communications.
• Ensure ESQ standards and safety compliance across operations.
• Coordinate with National Park Service and other stakeholders.
