Job summary

Zion Lodge at Springdale, UT is seeking an Operations Manager to lead Lodging, Retail, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping teams. You will manage labor and budgets, ensure front desk excellence, and oversee reservations, safety drills, and guest relations within the National Park concession framework.

You will drive ESQ standards, support Emergency response plans, and collaborate with the General Manager and HR to develop staff while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a sustainable

Qualifications

• Minimum two years working in Hospitality Management Operations with some Retail exposure.
• Ability to lead Lodging, Retail, F&B, and Housekeeping requirements and compliance with concessions contract.
• Technical skills utilizing cloud-based databases, POS and inventory systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication with staff, Park Service, and public.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management teams of Lodging, Retail, F&B, and Housekeeping.
• Manage labor, payroll, and expenses to meet annual budgetary goals.
• Maintain front desk operations and assist with displays.
• Oversee reservations, room assignments, and related technology.
• Implement ESQ and Play Forever initiatives and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with National Park Service and internal stakeholders.
