Destination Zion Lodge LLC is seeking an on-site Human Resource Manager to lead routine HR functions for a seasonal workforce of 77-150 staff. The role covers recruiting, onboarding, training, employee relations, benefits, and compliance, while fostering a safe, friendly, and eco-conscious workplace aligned with outdoor adventure values.

The HR Manager reports to the General Manager and partners with leadership to meet talent needs, manage compliance with labor laws, and implement ESQ standards

Formación

• Minimum two years working in HR management position.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR department functions including recruitment, onboarding, training and development.
• Oversee employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with laws.
• Develop compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
• Ensure HRIS/LMS systems are up to date and accurate.
• Coordinate with leadership and Corporate HR on ESQ and contract requirements.
• Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.
