Job summary

Powdr Corp. seeks an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support Zion Lodge in Springdale, Utah. This role handles recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, employee relations, benefits, and training in a fast-paced resort environment.

You’ll work onsite at Zion National Park, with housing provided and a schedule that may include weekends and holidays. Growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package are offered to full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Two years of HR experience required; hospitality background preferred.
• Knowledge of HR policies, benefits, and payroll processes.
• Ability to navigate HRIS/LMS and maintain records accurately.
• Valid driver's license required; willingness to drive if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist recruitment by posting openings, screening, coordinating interviews.
• Facilitate onboarding and new-hire orientation.
• Serve as contact for employee inquiries on HR policies.
• Assist with payroll processing, time cards, PTO, and absences.
• Maintain HR records, data, and audit-ready reports.
• Support training initiatives and evaluate effectiveness.
• Coordinate staff activities and wellness programs.
• Support performance evaluations and coaching.
