Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, public administration, organizational development, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO).
• Proficient with HRIS, ATS, and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Screen applications, schedule interviews, and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding workflows.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee questions while promoting engagement.
• Assist with benefits enrollments and open enrollment activities.
• Administer leave programs in compliance with FMLA and ADA.
• Support performance evaluations and development plans.
• Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
• Ensure compliance with FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and EEO laws.
• Maintain confidential HR records and HRIS/ATS data.
• Generate workforce reports and assist HR audits.
