Job summary

March Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations at its Manchester, CT location. This onsite role blends recruiting, onboarding, employee support, training, compliance, and administration of core people programs.

You will create onboarding materials, deliver training, manage records, and assist with employee relations, benefits, and safety programs, while ensuring legal compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Training and Development or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of HR management experience preferred.
• First Aid/CPR trainer certification a plus, SHRM-CP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and employee training.
• Recruit, interview, and support hiring processes across departments.
• Maintain training records, compliance and documentation.
• Support HR programs including compensation, benefits, leaves, and performance management.
