• At least 5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution (required)
• Any industry certification (SHRM/HRCI) preferred/encouraged

• Develop, update, and maintain electronic job descriptions for all positions
• Back-up Talent Acquisition with scheduling and document preparation
• Support onboarding of all new hires and collaborate with managers on effective onboarding
• Utilize HRIS to create and maintain performance evaluation processes
• Act as first point of contact for employee relations issues
• Coordinate employee survey materials and processes
• Assist with acquisitions/mergers and payroll/benefits vetting
• Promote rewards programs and employee recognition
• Develop exit interview processes and analyze data for retention insights
• Promote Barentz culture and values across the workforce
