Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and reporting.
• Serve as a first point of contact for questions on HR policies, benefits, payroll, and timekeeping.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in the HRIS system (SAP).
• Assist with payroll processing and HR metrics/reporting.
• Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
