Job summary

GardaWorld USA seeks a Human Resources Generalist to support the Clients HR department’s daily operations, including managing employee records, onboarding, training coordination, and policy compliance. You will serve as a key contact for new and current staff, providing guidance on HR matters.

Responsibilities include managing applicants in the ATS, screening, interviewing, offering, conducting orientations, administering background checks, and coordinating benefits enrollment, with data

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelor's degree in HR preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced HR environment.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist applicants through the application process and guide them through the ATS.
• Coordinate onboarding, including new-employee orientations.
• Screen, interview, and extend job offers with branch staff.
• Administer background checks, fingerprinting, and drug screens.
• Schedule orientation and enroll hires in the Learning Management System.
• Communicate benefits during open enrollment and job changes.
• Support payroll processing with training hours review and data accuracy.
• Maintain WinTeam data integrity and post-hire activities.
• Perform employment verifications as needed.
