Castelion is seeking an HR Generalist to support onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and people analytics. You will collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, employee-centric processes while improving operations as our workforce grows.

The role focuses on day-to-day HR operations, data integrity in the HRIS, and providing guidance on HR policies and programs, with a strong emphasis on onboarding excellence and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years HR experience with strong onboarding ownership.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Rippling, ADP, Workday, or similar).
• Analytical skills; dashboards/BI tools a plus.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and people analytics.
• Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to maintain compliant, employee-centric processes.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and process changes (new hires, terminations, transfers, compensation).
• Generate routine HR reports and assist with workforce planning and audits.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including offers, documentation and compliance.
