Castelion is seeking an HR Coordinator to keep people operations running smoothly across onboarding, benefits, payroll, timekeeping, and compliance. This onsite role partners with HR and Recruiting to support the full employee lifecycle with accuracy and discretion.

You’ll own I-9 and E-Verify, maintain HRIS data, produce reports, and help drive process improvements in a fast-growing environment. A detail-oriented, proactive teammate will excel.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in HR, People Operations, or related role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration.

Responsabilités

• Provide HR operations support across payroll, benefits, policies, time and attendance, and other workplace needs.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding with Recruiting and HRIS setup.
• Maintain HRIS data and confidential employee records with discretion.
• Triage workplace concerns and escalate complex issues to the HR team.
• Review hourly timesheets and assist bi-weekly payroll processing.
• Build HR reports and dashboards to track headcount and turnover.
