Castelion is rapidly advancing defense systems, offering an opportunity to join a fast-growing team in Torrance, CA. As HR Coordinator, you'll own core people operations, including I-9 and E-Verify, benefits administration, onboarding, time and attendance, offboarding, and HR reporting.

You'll partner with the HR team to build scalable processes in a high‑growth environment. This hands-on role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to move quickly.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of HR, People Operations, or related experience.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Ability to work onsite full‑time. This is not a remote or hybrid role.
• Proficiency with HR systems, spreadsheets, reporting, and employee data.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR, payroll, benefits, and policy support to employees.
• Handle employee lifecycle changes and maintain HRIS records.
• Administer I-9 and E-Verify and benefits enrollment.
• Create HR reports and drive process improvements.
