Little Leaf Farms is seeking an HR Generalist to own onboarding, manage the LMS, and support the HR life cycle for a growing team in Manchester, TN.

You will evaluate background checks, advise on policies, coordinate recruitment, maintain records, and help improve HR processes while upholding confidentiality and integrity.

This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR and 3+ years of HR experience, with English and Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Three or more years of HR experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) including tracking and reporting.
• Evaluate background checks and determine employment eligibility.
• Respond to general HR inquiries and provide policy guidance.
• Support HR processes across the employee life cycle, including recruitment coordination and employee relations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Assist in communicating HR policies and process improvement.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
