Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3+ years progressive HR experience.
• Knowledge of CA and federal employment laws.
• Experience with leave administration and HR compliance.
• Experience with HRIS and MS Office.

• Support HR policies interpretation and application.
• Handle employee relations, coaching, investigations.
• Assist with leave administration and accommodations.
• Coordinate onboarding and recruitment activities.
