St. John's University is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join the HR Services team on our Queens Campus. You will support onboarding, talent management, performance reviews, policy administration, and employee offboarding, partnering with leaders and staff across the university.

The role emphasizes equity, inclusion, regulatory compliance, and strong stakeholder collaboration to enhance engagement and retention. A Bachelor’s degree and HR experience are required, with SHRM-CP a plus.

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of HR experience
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees
• Experience in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of HR policies and employment law
• SHRM-CP certification is a plus
