Stanford University is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide HR administrative support under the supervision of the HR Business Partner. The role serves as the first point of contact for HR inquiries for a large population of faculty and staff.

Duties include onboarding, job postings, immigration support, policy guidance, and maintaining HR records. Hybrid schedule offers three days of telecommuting per week on Stanford's main campus in Palo Alto.

• Compensation and benefits processing per SOP; escalate complex requests.
• Disability and Leaves/Workers' Comp guidance and coordination.
• HRIS/People Analytics data entry, reporting, and record retention.
• Performance management tracking and reporting.
• Talent Acquisition support and onboarding coordination.
• Process high-volume HR transactions in HCM system.
• Maintain HR files and ensure policy compliance.
• Promote an inclusive workplace culture.
