Job summary

Stagwell Inc. in New York City seeks an experienced HR Generalist to join our Global HR team. This role will support the global team with onboarding, benefits, employee relations, policy development, and implementing HR programs.

You will handle onboarding, orientation, benefits setup, payroll support, and offboarding while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring ISO-related HR initiatives. The position is hybrid, based in the NYC office, with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in HR, focusing on Talent Development, Talent Retention and Benefits.
• Experience onboarding, offboarding, benefits, diversity initiatives, etc.
• Knowledge of benefits administration, employee relations and labor laws.
• Ability to handle benefits questions and confidential employee data.

Responsibilities

• Work in the day-to-day cycle of HR: Onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, offboarding.
• Own the onboarding process – manage outreach with upcoming new hires via pre-onboarding.
• Conduct Orientation for all new employees.
• Support Open Enrollment communication and assist with benefits questions.
• Own employee offboarding procedures including exits, account terminations and asset collection.
