Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• HR knowledge including employee relations, policy interpretation and compliance.
• Experience presenting to groups and facilitating discussions.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and employment-related matters.
• Conduct workplace investigations and provide recommendations.
• Advise on performance management and progressive discipline per policy and bargaining agreements.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and ensure fair treatment of employees.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Collaborate with Learning and Development to design training solutions.
• Support HR partnerships across benefits, compensation, HRIS and talent acquisition.
