Job summary

Child & Family Support Services (CFSS) is accepting applications for a Full-time Human Resources Generalist in our Phoenix Office supporting CFSS statewide. CFSS is a behavioral health agency providing in-home and community-based services to children, young adults, and families throughout Arizona.

The HR Generalist will provide support to employees and managers, assist with a variety of HR functions, and coordinate onboarding/off-boarding, leave administration, and HR data management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Previous HR experience preferred.
• Experience with employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, or HR administration preferred.
• Experience managing data, reporting and effectively utilizing HRIS, ATS and Payroll software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Support employees and managers with questions regarding company policies, procedures, and general HR matters.
• Assist with employee relations, performance management, and employee concerns.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and off boarding processes.
• Coordinate leave administration and employee accommodations.
• Partner with leaders and managers across the organization to address HR-related needs.
• Apply company policies and procedures consistently while maintaining compliance with applicable employment laws.
• Monitor and maintain accurate HR data, reporting and employee information with HR systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise appropriate judgment with sensitive employee information.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
