Job summary

Graywolf Corporate is hiring a Human Resource Generalist who will perform HR duties at a professional level and collaborate with the HR team and other department managers to support the business. This role covers employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, compensation, and employment law compliance.

The position emphasizes confidentiality, strong communication, and HRIS knowledge, with potential travel as needed and a focus on aligning HR practices

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of the human resources field.
• Understanding of state and federal employment regulations.
• Knowledge of hiring process.
• Understanding of personnel and compliance records management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements.
• Administer Leave of Absence programs to ensure compliance with federal and state employment law.
• Develop and revise department processes to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed.
• Supports administration for tracking and processing employee changes.
• Administer employee onboarding, orientation and off-boarding.
• Responds to human resources related inquiries.
• Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes or company policies.
• Maintains human resource information system records.
• Point of Contact for HR/SOX Workflows.
• Responsible for performing routine audits of employee records and personnel transactions.
