ALABAMA REGIONAL MEDICAL SERVICES is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team and support key HR functions in a healthcare setting. The role focuses on full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition, while also assisting with onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of progressive HR experience.
• Healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
• Familiarity with federal and state employment laws (FMLA, ACA, EEOC, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job requisitions and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for all positions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Develop and maintain recruitment strategies for clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Coordinate job postings across multiple platforms: website, job boards, social media.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews with managers.
• Perform reference checks, background screenings, and pre-employment verifications.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing staffing needs.
• Partner with department leaders to improve time-to-fill metrics.
• Support recruitment events, career fairs, and community outreach.
