This role partners with managers to recruit, onboard, administer benefits, manage performance programs, and ensure policy compliance. Responsibilities include coordinating recruitment, facilitating onboarding, maintaining records and HRIS, handling leave, and preparing reports.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting openings and scheduling interviews.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
• Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment records.
• Support benefits administration and leave programs.
• Assist with performance reviews and goal-setting processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
