Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to lead onboarding and recruitment operations for our Lerado, TX office.

You will manage the full candidate-to-employee lifecycle, coordinating orientations, screenings, and pre-employment processing to ensure a compliant, efficient onboarding experience. The role requires strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to drive scalable HR processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience supporting onboarding, talent acquisition, or HR operations environments.
• Strong knowledge of I-9 processing, background screening protocols, and HR documentation standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding processes in a small, growing office environment.
• Facilitate new hire orientations, complete pre-employment checks, background screenings, and licensing.
• Process and audit I-9s and other regulatory requirements to maintain compliance.
• Handle employee relations matters and workers' compensation cases professionally.
• Maintain audit-ready personnel files and HRIS records as headcount grows.
• Coordinate uniform issuance and inventory for new hires.
• Provide front-line HR support for onboarding questions and documentation.
• Support scalable HR processes and workflows for a growing office.
