Job summary

Community Health Systems, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to support the HR department and employees by providing a wide range of human resources services.

The role, under HR leadership, assists with benefits, data integrity, and employee records, and participates in onboarding, orientation, and coaching. It also supports policy reviews, regulatory compliance, and special projects, while managing termination procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field required or
• Four (4) plus years of direct experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree required
• 1-3 years of experience in business administration and/or human resources preferred

Responsibilities

• Onboard new hires and conduct orientation.
• Counsel leaders on discipline, performance improvement, and termination.
• Assist in benefits administration and data integrity of employee records.
• Support policy reviews to ensure regulatory compliance and standards.
• Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes.
• Collaborate on HR initiatives and special projects.
• Maintain regular attendance and uphold HR policies.
