Doble-Megger in Marlborough, MA is seeking an HR Generalist (HRG I) to provide administrative and operational HR support across recruiting, onboarding, records, reporting, training coordination, and communications. This role reports to the Director, HR and is based at the Marlborough facility.

Responsibilities include assisting with candidate screenings, onboarding logistics, HR records maintenance, and routine inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; or a combination of equivalent experience and certification.
• 0-2 years of Human Resources, administrative, recruiting, or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Strong written and oral communication with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and interview logistics.
• Assist with onboarding activities, new hire documentation, and I-9 verification as needed.
• Maintain employee records, process HR transactions, and support HR reporting and compliance.
• Respond to routine HR inquiries and aid with employee communications and engagement initiatives.
• Support benefits, payroll, and performance management reporting as required.
