Firstrust Bank in Horsham, PA, is seeking an HR Generalist to collaborate with HR Business Partners across talent acquisition, development and employee relations.

You will handle onboarding, postings, candidate screening, interviews, and pre-hire processes, while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality in a fast-paced office environment.

This role supports internship programs and HR operations, with emphasis on customer service values and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; SHRM-CP/PHR credentials preferred.
• 1-3 years HR experience in HR Operations or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems such as ICIMS and Dayforce.
• Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; adaptable to change.

Responsabilidades

• Assist HRBP with resumes and credential verification.
• Prepare job postings and ensure postings are compliant with approvals.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews for HR Team and Hiring Managers.
• Screen candidates in accordance with posted requisitions in the talent cycle.
• Ensure compliance with all pre- and post-hire processes and maintain data in ATS.
• Provide onboarding support and onboarding communications; conduct new hire orientation.
• Prepare documentation related to transfers and employee life cycle tracking.
• Assist HR department with administrative tasks.
• Contribute to internship/on-the-job training programs for students.
