Job summary

ECS Federal LLC seeks a dedicated HR Generalist to support daily HR operations across the employee lifecycle. You will drive onboarding, orientation, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, maintain HRIS data, and provide Tier 1 benefits and policy support to employees and managers.

You will act as the first point of contact for routine HR inquiries, escalate complex matters, and collaborate with HR leadership to improve service delivery and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years HR experience with onboarding, records, or HRIS data management.
• Familiar with Form I-9 and E-Verify processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and orient new hires; manage onboarding workflow.
• Enter and maintain HRIS employee data; ensure records accuracy.
• Handle Tier 1 benefits inquiries and policy questions.
• Answer routine HR inquiries and escalate complex matters.
• Assist HR leadership and cross-functional teams to streamline processes.
