ebs recruiters LLC is seeking an HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle and advance engagement, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement. This role collaborates with managers and employees to deliver HR programs, policies, compliance initiatives, and workforce development support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in employee relations, benefits administration, leave management, and compliance.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing sensitive employee matters.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience administering HRIS systems; ADP experience is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Advise employees and managers on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Conduct workplace investigations and support performance improvement and corrective action processes.
• Assist with employee engagement, retention, recognition, and development initiatives.
• Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and retirement plan administration.
• Manage workers' compensation claims, return-to-work processes, and safety-related reporting.
• Maintain employee records and support regulatory compliance.
• Support compensation programs, salary administration, and annual review processes.
• Act as a resource for HRIS administration, reporting, and process improvements.
• Maintain HR policies, handbooks, and compliance documentation.
• Produce HR metrics and reports to support workforce planning and decision-making.
• Partner with leadership to improve HR processes, systems, and the employee experience.
